How I Found My Meditations
When I first started this journey, most of the meditations I used were from YouTube. At that time, I was still exploring Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work and didn’t feel ready to buy anything yet. I just wanted to see how it would affect me.
I came across many different versions — some were original, and others I later realized were AI-generated. Now, after two years of practicing his work, I can easily recognize which meditations are truly his and which are not.
Here’s how I tell the difference:
Dr. Joe’s voice has a unique tone and presence. The music and themes in his genuine meditations are consistent and deeply aligned with his teachings. On the other hand, AI-generated ones often feel off — the voice is slightly different, the music doesn’t resonate the same way, and sometimes the content just doesn’t make sense.
For example, I came across an AI-generated meditation that focused on a specific full moon in February, claiming it would unlock health or wealth if you meditated on that exact day. That immediately struck me as strange — because in all of Dr. Joe’s books, interviews, and events, I’ve never heard him say that a particular date or moon phase makes meditation more powerful. His focus is always on inner transformation, not astrology or external timing.
If something doesn’t “click” with you, it probably isn’t one of his real meditations. After practicing his original ones for a month or two, you’ll start to notice the difference instinctively.
In the beginning, I didn’t have a lot of money, so I experimented with free content. Eventually, I bought my first official meditation from his website — Blessing of the Energy Centers. It’s often described as one of the most powerful meditations, especially for physical and emotional healing.
Later, at a retreat in Basel, I met a wonderful woman who introduced me to another person who had a large collection of meditations shared on Google Drive. That opened a new door for me. I also found a few groups on Discord and Telegram that exchange meditations freely. Once you really commit to this work, the resources start to find you.
Now I have access to so many meditations that I store them all on Google Drive. I can choose whichever one I need in the moment, but my go-to practice includes:
• Morning Meditation
• Tuning Into New Potentials
• Blessing of the Energy Centers
• Changing Boxes
• The Alchemist – which helped me a lot for a certain period
• GoLove – especially when I want to open my heart
These are the ones I return to again and again, depending on what I need to focus on that day.
